I said it was part of a fledgling aliens themed imperial guard force.
well i found some of the "marines" so i thought i would show them to you.
Theres about 50 in total, some smart gunners, and motion tracker operators but these are not painted. i will put them up on WIP sunday perhaps!
Anyway heres the pics,
I know the colours are off from the movie, i wanted to go less obvious olive drab and add a little blue which i thought would be a little more interesting.
As usual Thanks for looking!

ReplyDeleteDavid
Cheers mate, they cost me an arm and a leg in bitz haha.
Deleteyou need a flamer and a heavy weapons guy to make it look more "aliens".
ReplyDeleteI have them, just not painted. i shall get them up tomorrow on WIP sunday.
DeleteHow did you make the shoulder lamps for your CSM? I'm doing a diorama of some IG raiding a Hulk and would love to add those to their armor....
ReplyDeleteHi mate, the camera/lamp arms were made from the the SM vehicle hatch sprue, the part of the radar dish trimmed down and then a sniper rifle or boltgun scope eyepiece stuck on the top!
DeleteVery fiddly!
Amazing work. You should be proud!
